For more than 30 years, the Powder Coating Institute has hosted this annual event that focuses on providing education for all those using powder coating and those interested in learning more about the technology.

PCI will again host its Powder Coating Week 2025 from April 14–16 in Orlando, FL.

Powder Coating Week 2025 consists of four separate events:

1. Powder Coating 101 Workshop – Powder Coating Done Right: The Basics
2. Custom Coater Forum
3. Powder Coating Technical Conference
4. Tabletop Exhibition

All the events will be held at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® in Orlando, FL.

1. Powder Coating 101 Workshop: Powder Coating Done Right: The Basics
   PCI’s Powder Coating 101 is a 1 ½ day workshop that introduces attendees to powder coating by focusing on materials, application, reclamation, testing & evaluation, quality control, the powder manufacturing process and much more.
2. Custom Coater Forum
   PCI’s Custom Coater Forum is designed for custom coaters to network with peers and industry leaders, hear presentations on timely issues important to their business, and participate in roundtable discussions that allow for sharing information.
3. Powder Coating Technical Conference 
   The technical conference features general sessions of interest to all powder coaters, breakout sessions covering all aspects of powder coating and a tabletop exhibition, allowing for networking, learning and conversation with exhibitors and other powder coaters.
4. Tabletop Exhibitions by Suppliers to the Powder Coating Industry
   The Powder Coating Tabletop Exhibition is your opportunity to meet a variety of companies providing products and services to the powder coating industry. View the floor plan to see the location of each exhibitor.

Tabletop selection for PCI’s Powder Coating Week 2025 is now available to all suppliers in the powder coating industry. There has been a waiting list for tabletops the past two years so, we have expanded the tabletop area but we have only a limited few still available.
